๐12 days of well-being over the festive period๐ Each day you will have: ๐ซ A movement or body-focused video to follow (Pilates, barre, breath work etc) ๐ซ A task to do that will enhance your well-being ๐ซ A journal prompt ๐ซ A thought-provoking quote from Joseph Pilates ๐ซ Sprinkled throughout: special gifts & offers! The challenge is an online programme - there are 12 days of these tasks - each day 'unlocking' one at a time, in order after the day you signed up. They are not on set dates, so we all might start day on a different day and be out of sync, but loosely doing 12 days over the fortnight festive break when the studio is closed...(there's no time limit on how long it takes to complete the tasks if you need to bake in a day off here and there ;)) These tasks and movement classes are designed to be small and manageable - and leave you feeling GREAT and warm & fuzzy - that said it's no small-feat to commit to doing all tasks for 12 whole days - so approach this with a sense of commitment and with an open-mind. To help everyone along and stay committed I have created a 12-days WhatsApp group where we can share questions, photos, encouragement and keep in touch - I'd love to do the same on socials so share your progress and keep in touch! There is also a tick-off sheet that you can print off and have the immense satisfaction of ticking off each task and section as you go! Sarah (and as many people as she can rope in) will be doing the challenge along side you too!
