Welcome to a new way of working out
You know that feeling when you get together with a friend or two and end up doing something super healthy like a long hike, pamper night or I dunno cook something wholesome?

We get together, we work hard! I use my specialised experience and knowledge to guide us through.

But it's relaxed too, we can catch up, there's some good tunes on, we all boost each other's energy and leave having done a great workout and with a slightly buzzy energy.

Make them good ones
Reformer Pilates
Our signature class. 50 mins, 1 reformer each. This is a well-balanced full body Pilates workout using the reformer equipment, It is open level, meaning we can adapt the challenge on an individual level.
Gentle Reformer
Much like our standard reformer class, but at a much slower pace. We also avoid doing too much moving around to different positions, and avoid any advanced positions and balance challenges (no standing on our heads on the reformer here!)
Open to anyone, but generally for our more mature friends :)
Men's Reformer Pilates
Most classes are full of women, so this is a safe space for men to workout together. A full-body reformer Pilates class but for men only. We use strong resistance and programme exercises and positions most beneficial to the male physique.

Ideal for a lunch break!
